Step 4: Chill out!

It's time to start taking photos! (Finally, right!?) Kaytee says it is best to photograph the kiddos first. Don't stress too much about artificial smiles, instead, choose photos of the kids interacting in a natural setting. Photographing them first will get out their wiggles before the group family photo you are yearning for! As far as getting kids to smile—don't ask them to! If they're having fun, the smiles will naturally come. A good photographer will be able to capture a solid smile or two despite the chaos.
