Food Recall Contains Glass Inside Packaging

Trader Joe's was notified by their supplier that there were shards of glass or hard plastic inside the packaging of their fresh, poultry salads.

The grocery chain said on their website that there are three kinds of salads that are being pulled from their shelves. These salads were sold in select states as well. See the items that are being recalled below.

Trader Joe's said that all the affected products have been removed from their shelves and have been thrown away. If you have purchased these salads and they are apart of the recall, the store urges consumers not to eat it. Consumers are encouraged to throw away the product or return it to Trader Joe's for a full refund. At this time there have been no reports of injuries.
