How much do you leave for your children’s tooth? I’ve heard of parents giving up to $10 per tooth! If I’m getting that much per tooth, I’ll start pulling my teeth out! Finding other ways to reward your kids might be a better route to go. Especially for your bank account!
These two parents came up with a great way to encourage their son while also letting him know the importance of clean teeth. Henry and Emma Warren encourage their two oldest children, Sam and Alexa-Mae, to have good dental hygiene. But like many parents, they have struggled with this issue.
Last Saturday, when Sam lost his tooth, he placed it under his pillow thinking he was going to receive some money the next morning.
Instead, Sam woke up and found a £1 coin with a letter. The letter was signed by Barry T. Tooth Fairy.
The letter that was written by his father started off, "Dear Mr. Warren, this letter is to inform you that I have now taken receipt of your tooth and it is being duly processed in our system."
The letter said it's likely "due to the lack of care and attention" Sam has had on his teeth.
Henry Warren told ABC News his son wasn't "upset, but he was a little bit worried that Barry had written such a stern letter."
After the letter was posted by Henry on Twitter, the post immediately went viral with more than 5,000 retweets and over 14,000 likes.
What a great way to educate your children on the importance of taking care of their teeth. There are so many different parenting ideas, some have specific rules when it comes to health, diet and even when kids can drink coffee.
