There are a few dating tips that you should always remember. A fairly obvious one is that you shouldn’t call your partner “disgusting.” I mean, you really shouldn’t call anyone disgusting...ever.
One man recently broke that cardinal rule.
Miranda Baker was on a date on night with her boyfriend. Apparently, he called her “disgusting and unattractive.” She knew that it was time to make a change in her life.
She decided to lose a little bit of weight—200 pounds of it!
The day after the date, she tweeted a picture of her and her boyfriend. Her comment reads, “after getting called disgusting last night, I successfully dropped 200lbs!! (Before and after pics).”
The “before” picture shows both Miranda and her boyfriend. The “after” picture shows Miranda after she “lost” the weight—by cropping her (now ex-) boyfriend out.
The two had spent the day before their date together at a tailgate event. On the date, he told her, “The way you were acting today was disgusting and unattractive.”
Apparently, after she broke up with him, he called her. “About an hour later he called me, yelling at me to apologize for leaving him!”
We don’t know his side of the story, but it doesn’t seem like “disgusting and unattractive” is ever a good way of referring to your significant other. And if you get broken up with, you should probably accept it instead of yelling at your ex. Just a little bit of life advice there.
Hopefully Miranda’s dating life is going to get a little better after this! We’re glad she was able to drop those extra 200 pounds of boyfriend that were weighing her down!
