Chip and Joanna Gaines’ popular home renovation show “Fixer Upper” might be in its last season, but there is still good news on the horizon.

Fans of the show will know of Chip and Joanna’s carpenter Clint Harp for his many contributions to each home renovation. Clint and his wife Kelly are going to star in a spin-off show called “Wood Work” that will be shown on the DIY Network.

“It’s me, it’s my wife and our team building furniture, taking it to people’s places and designing those spaces around those furniture,” said Clint. “We cannot wait.”

The show is scheduled to premiere on the DIY Network on May 9.

Clint met Chip and Joanna Gaines at a gas station in 2012. Clint was nearly broke after quitting his medical sales job to pursue his own carpentry business.

“I met Chip at a gas station in February or March of 2012 and by October or November, we’re filming a pilot for HGTV,” said Clint in 2016.

The Gaineses have already said their tearful goodbyes when their final episode of “Fixer Upper” aired earlier this month, and now Clint and Kelly’s new show is set to begin in less than a month.

Chip Gaines posted on Twitter his thanks for Clint’s help throughout the years.
