Let the official countdown begin!
We hope you are just as excited as we are for "Last Man Standing" returning. It's been too long, and we've missed you, Tim Allen.
The strong-rated television sitcom ran for six seasons on ABC, until the network decided to cancel the show in 2017. Many fans were furious with this news and opted into boycotting the network.
There was talk that CMT was going to pick up the show, but nothing came to fruition leaving many fans concerned about what was going to happen next. Was "Last Man Standing" gone for good, or was it going to be picked up by another network?
Thankfully, Fox has decided to pick up the fantastic show.
"The fans, the viewers, got together with Fox and they kept at it. It was really brought back because of all y'all out there," Allen said.
"Allen said nobody involved with the show had truly given up, they all thought 'there was gas left in the tank,'" according to E News.
Allen, Nancy Travis, Amanda Fuller, Hector Elizondo, Christoph Sanders, Jordan Masterson and Jonathan Adams are all returning. Molly Ephraim and Flynn Morrison will not be returning to the show as Mandy and Boyd. Their roles will be recast.
Next on the "worry" list is if Kaitlyn Dever will be returning as Eve. Most people can agree that Eve was the favorite among the other three sisters, and we are hoping she signs back on.
