The big Royal wedding day has come and gone, but still, everyone is talking about it. From Meghan Markle's father's scandal, all the way to what Prince George did at the wedding, it was a big deal. In fact, 29 million people tuned in to watch the dazzling event.
At Frogmore House in England, where the reception was held, the 36-year-old bride delivered an emotional speech, according to sources.
One source tells "US Weekly" that when the Duchess of Sussex was talking about her mother, she began to tear up.
"You have always been there for me through everything," she said to her mother, Doria Ragland.
The insider did note that Meghan never mentioned her father, Thomas Markle, who was recovering from heart surgery, in her speech leaving people to wonder if that was intentional or not.
Her father has caused a great deal of stress the past few months. Was this enough to not recognize him or thank him during her speech? Many people think so.
Overlooking her father, Meghan thanked her groom's father, Prince Charles, and stepmom, Duchess Camilla Parker Bowles for being wonderful hosts and welcoming her into their family.
Later in her speech, she revealed that she knew that Harry was "The One" when they first met. The continued to gush about how in love she is with him and how excited she is for their next chapter together has Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
