‘Teen Mom 2’ star Jenelle Evans and her husband David Eason have lost custody of Jenelle’s three children amid the stunning controversy over a shooting in their home.
“The children were removed from Eason, 30, and Evans’ North Carolina home earlier in May after the pipe welder shot and killed the reality star’s dog Nugget after he claimed it bit the toddler.”
This was a temporary order and the reality star was ordered to appear in court for a permanent ruling.
Since then, a judge has ruled that the children may NOT return to the North Carolina home where they had lived with Evans and Eason.
On May 28, the reality star appeared in court to attempt to win approval to have her three children back home with them.
"A judge took custody away from the fired Teen Mom star, 27, in North Carolina court on Tuesday, May 28, multiple sources confirmed.
“The judge told Jenelle that she failed to protect the children while they were in her care,” an insider confirmed.
“Evans and Eason’s daughter, Ensley, 2, was allegedly placed in the custody of Evans’ mother, Barbara, who already had custody of her daughter’s eldest son, Jace, 9, for most of his life. Kaiser, 4, whom the 'Read Between the Lines' author shares with ex Nathan Griffith, will reportedly stay with his father.”
Shortly after the shooting, Evans was fired from MTV.
“MTV told Us in a statement on May 7: “We have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season.”
Multiple sources report that" the couple was granted one-hour supervised visits once a week. They were reportedly ordered to complete parenting classes, counseling, and regular drug testing."
In addition, Jenelle is reportedly “focusing on getting her kids back and she is focusing on working on her marriage.”
Please join us in praying that Jenelle and David work out their difficulties and find a way to get their family back together again.
