"Korn" singer Jonathan Davis has been left heartbroken after he discovered the reason how his wife died back in August of this year. According to "TMZ," Deven Davis overdosed on five different drugs.

"TMZ" also reports the publication obtained new legal documents that showed Deven's autopsy report. The report revealed that she consumed cocaine, heroin, clonazepam (sedative to treat seizures or anxiety), topiramate (treats nerve pain), and fluoxetine (used to treat depression). All these drugs were found in her system when she died.

Deven's death follows shortly after Johnathan filed for a domestic violence restraining order, he also stated that she had major drug issues she was dealing with.

Deven, who was a former porn star, married Johnathan in 2004. They have two kids together. Jonathan filed for divorce in October 2016, citing irreconcilable differences. About a year later, he filed for a domestic violence restraining order. At that time, the judge ruling over the case temporarily ordered Deven not to see or visit their children.

Jonathan believes that Deven was suffering from a mental illness which led to her addiction.

Please keep the Davis family in your thoughts and prayers; especially the children.
