On Wednesday, July 25, Melania Trump's spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham went to bat for the FLOTUS, and shut down CNN reporter Kate Bennett.
Bennett asked Grisham if Melania enjoys watching CNN while on board the Air Force One. Bennett shared Grisham's response herself:
"NEW: I asked @StephGrisham45 whether @FLOTUS had comment on the new Trump/Cohen tape details, and if she indeed was watching @CNN aboard Air Force One, upsetting the president, as @maggieNYT & @katierogers reported last night. Here's the response I got:" she tweeted.
When Bennett originally asked if the First Lady watched CNN, Grisham took it to a whole different level with this epic response:
“Did you know that every 15 minutes a baby is born with NAS?" Grisham's responds began.
"Maybe you’d like to talk about the 160,000 kids who skip school every day for fear of being bullied, or that 280,000 students are physically attacked in schools every month," her sharp response continues.
"Seems kind of silly to worry about what channel she watches on TV (any channel she wants btw) or if she heard some recording on the news," the tweet ends with a bang.
The CNN reporter's question came from a New York Times article that claimed that Melania was watching CNN aboard the jet which allegedly caused President Donald Trump to get upset and directed her to change it to Fox News, according to "The Daily Caller."
What do you think about Grisham's response?
