The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert for a 4-year-old girl missing from Dickson, Tennessee.
Kalynn Turnbow was last seen on April 4 with her father at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she received treatment for a broken leg.
Her grandmother believes that she is still with her father, 44-year-old Jason Bradford.
Last year in November, Kalynn and her mother were in a bad car accident that killed her mother and left Kalynn paralyzed from her stomach down.
“I want Kalynn Grace to be brought home safely,” said her grandmother, Donna Bridges. “She’s been through so much with losing her mother.”
“My biggest fear is that when she runs out of her medicine and runs out of the supplies she needs, then what will he do?”
“She asks about her every day and wishes she could see her,” she continued. “It’s just, it’s really hard.”
Jason Bradford has brown hair and brown eyes and is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 198 pounds.
Kalynn is 3 feet 5 inches tall and around 30 pounds. She is paralyzed and requires assistance.
A spokesman for Children’s Services (DCS) said that they are aware of the situation and are concerned for the girl and hope she is found safe.
DCS is working alongside law enforcement on the case but cannot offer further details due to confidentiality.
