Recently, famous rapper Pitbull had to cancel his appearance at the "Cannes Party and Concert" at the Cannes Film Festival, which honors John Travolta, due to vocal issues.
This party was one of the most anticipated bashes of the season, according to PageSix.
The event will take place on Tuesday, May 16, at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, a very luxurious hotel, but reports say that Pitbull backed out last Saturday due to vocal issues.
“There were 11 rooms booked for him at the hotel,” a source said.
At the time of Pitbull's announcement, the event organizers are frantically searching for another entertainer.
“Pitbull is having issues with his voice. We are working on a replacement/this situation at the moment," said representatives of the event.
Pitbull recorded a song for John Travolta's upcoming film, "Gotti," and everyone was excited about his performance. It appears 50 Cent may be the musician replacing Pitbull, according to PageSix.
Pitbull is not only known for his musical talents, but for his help and support for the cause, “Do The Right Thing,” which helps kids who are in violent and abusive situations. Check out the video below:
