Melania Trump has had a difficult couple of months. After undergoing kidney surgery and staying out of the public's eye, many people grew to wonder how she was really doing.
Despite the off-the-wall conspiracy theories and skewed media speculations that Melania was "missing in action," low and behold she appeared at an event Monday evening.
On Wednesday, June 6, after nearly a month of resting, Melania made her first public appearance. After her recent kidney surgery, she decided to rest and stay out of the spotlight to properly recover.
The first lady was accompanied by President Trump at the headquarters of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. During the 2018 hurricane season briefing, Trump squashed the sickening rumors that were circulating on the Internet.
However, during the briefing, Trump shared some unfortunate news about his wife's recent surgery and recovery.
"She went through a little rough patch," Trump says as he smiles at his wife. “But she’s doing great.”
While we aren't sure what "rough patch" means, it could very well mean she had a difficult time recovering following the kidney surgery. Since she was out for about a month, this is likely the case.
"We're very proud of her, she's done a fantastic job as first lady," the president added. The President Shares an Update on Melania. Watch The Video Below:
It was great to see her standing by her husband’s side even after a tough surgery. We are asking our readers to continue to pray for Melania as she is still likely recovering from her surgery. Will you join us?
