On Wednesday, June 20, President Donald Trump was at a rally in Duluth, Minnesota. The president revealed what his wife, Melania, usually asks him when he returns home, all while calling out the "fake news" outlets.
"Did you see the thousands and thousands of people outside that will never be reported by the fake news but the thousands of people that couldn't get in?" Trump said as he points outside.
“Many thousands, they’re all over; the parking lots, they’re all over. It would be great if the cameras could take a shot of the arena,” Trump continued.
The crowd began to roar with applauds and whistles. Once the crowd settled down, Trump continued on with his speech. He disclosed exactly what his wife typically asks him once he returns home.
"So usually they don't do it, and usually I go home, and my wife would say, 'How was the crowd?'" Trump explained.
Trump continued on explaining how many of the news outlets damper down the number of people who were really at his rallies. More than several thousand, he said.
A few weeks ago, Trump explained how a reporter at the New York Times down-graded the total number by thousands in a published article. It even riled up so many people that it prompted a protest by Trump fans.
