It's not much longer until the big day. On Saturday, May 19, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be getting married while the entire world watches.
The royal wedding will be held at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in London.
The Kensington Palace recently tweeted a sweet moment of Prince Harry and his brother, Prince William.
Prince Harry has several good friends and they are easily welcomed to the wedding. But as far as the best man title goes, he chose the best guy for the job. Prince William.
“Harry has several close guy friends, but there’s no way he would ask anyone but William to take on the top job,” a source tells "Us Weekly."
But that's not the only exciting news. William and Kate Middleton's children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, will have roles during the royal wedding.
“We’re very excited and delighted for them both and wishing them all the happiness in this very exciting time,” William said. He later joked, “And for me personally, I hope it means he stays out of my fridge and will stop scrounging my food, which he’s done for the last few years!”
In January, Prince William told U.K. radio host Roman Kemp about the best man subject.
“He hasn’t asked me yet, just to clear that up. It could be a sensitive subject,” William said.
William continued on talking about their close bond after they both experienced losing their mother, Princess Diana, in 1997.
“Our relationship is closer than it’s been because of the situation we’ve been through,” he said. “Losing our mother at a young age, it’s helped us travel through that difficult patch together. You’re like-minded. You go through similar things; it’s a bond, and it’s something you know you’ve tackled together and come out better for it.”
“That’s the thing about being a best mate, inevitably one of you is sometimes on an up, while the other is on a down. You’re always there for each other and repaying that favor,” he continued.
