Pamela Gidley, who is best known for her role as Teresa Banks in the "Twin Peaks" prequel "Fire Walk With Me," has passed away. She was 52 years old.
Gidley passed away in her home back on April 16 in Seabrook, New Hampshire. Her family just recently reported her death on Sunday, April 29 in a local obituary.
There have been no details as to what caused her death. Her family said that she passed away peacefully.
Gidley began her career in New York City when she started modeling and acting, then she later moved to Los Angeles where she lived most of her life.
Her big break came in 1986 when she starred in "Thrashin" with Sherilyn Fenn and Josh Brolin. In 1992, she starred in "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me."
Gidley has appeared in TV shows such as "CSI," "MacGyver," The Pretender," and "The Closer."
Several days ago, her co-star Brolin shared a sweet Instagram post saying, “My co-star in ‘Thrashin’ and my girlfriend twice in a lifetime. Amazing and innocent memories of her: a spitfire, and a truly funny person she was."
