Beloved ‘Today Show’ Star Gives Birth To First Child At 48; See Adorable First Photos

April 25, 2019

After years of infertility and a deep longing to be a mom, the day has finally arrived for one beloved TV celebrity.

Former ‘Today Show’ host Tamron Hall took to Instagram early Thursday to share some wonderful news with all her followers.

“Moses & Mama!! I can’t wait to introduce y’all to my #sonshine. Photo credit: Dad who can’t stop crying tears of joy. Thank y’all for the love and support. It got us here.”

Moses is Hall’s first child with hubby Steve Greener.

According to Good Housekeeping, Greener is a very successful talent manager. “As the Head of Music Talent at Primary Wave Entertainment, Greener has worked with music and comedy legends like Fantasia Barrino and Bernie Mac.

“His production credits include ‘Guess Who,’ ‘The Bernie Mac Show,’ and ‘Soul Men.’”

Just last week, family and friends got together to celebrate the upcoming arrival of Moses, buy throwing the beautiful mama-to-be a festive baby shower.

“Sharing my baby shower album! Love, Laughs and Surrounded by my friends from #philly #chicago #newyork and of course #texas.

“Thank you @jungleeny for your amazing spot filled with elegance and beauty. You are the best event planner in the world!!

“Kon, Yvonne, and Carmen you ladies totally surprised me. Shower or Sip & See lol you decided. Uh, the last photo is how we roll!!!!!!!!!!”

Due to her history and age, Hall didn’t share the news that she was expecting until she was far enough along to be considered in the ‘safe zone.’ She went public on Instagram in early March.

“I’ve wanted to share this news for many months and now finally my doctor has said I am in a safe place, at 32 weeks, to share my joy with y'all.

“So, it’s clear a daytime talk show isn’t the only thing I’ve been trying to produce! There have been many tears, but today I embrace the smiles. My husband Steven and I are beyond excited!

"We're in constant prayer, so if you pray, add us to your list; if you meditate, send calmness our way; and if you believe in luck, we’ll happily take that too. More to share in a few weeks when the baby arrives! Next chapter! Blessed and Grateful."

The good thing about not finding out about the baby until a few weeks before the birth is that fans didn’t have to wait very long to meet the precious bundle of joy - only seven weeks! That's the way to do it!!

Please join us in wishing the new family all the very best in the days, weeks, and years ahead.

Congratulations Tamron and Steve! And welcome to the world, MOSES!!
